Refund policy

Effective October 4, 2026.

Face Reports

A Face Report is a one-time digital purchase for one saved result. If a report cannot be created after a confirmed payment, we refund it automatically to the original payment method. If you were charged twice for the same result, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and access to that report is removed.

No subscriptions

Attractiveness Test has no subscriptions or automatic renewals. You are only charged when you choose to unlock a report.

Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
