Billing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Each payment creates the Face Report for one saved result. Nothing renews.
Why does the Face Report need my photo?
The free test measures your photo on your device and never uploads it. The Face Report generates images from your photo, so after payment you choose a photo and confirm the upload. It is stored privately with your report and erased when you delete the result.
What if the report cannot be created?
You are refunded automatically to the original payment method.
Do I need an account?
Not to take the test. You sign in when you buy a Face Report so the purchase is saved to your account.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days. See the refund policy.
